How it works

No funnels.
No surprises.

The process is short, predictable and starts with a free conversation. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you write to me — and what you can expect at each step.

The process

Four steps, nothing hidden

01

You write to me

Describe what you're dealing with. Maybe it's a specific platform you're considering, a workflow you want to automate, or just a general sense that AI should be doing more for your work than it currently is. There's no required format — plain text is fine.

I read everything myself. You're not filling in a form that feeds a CRM.

No forms, no funnels, no automated responses
02

Free first call

We have a conversation. I ask about your context — what you're trying to do, what you've already tried, what the constraints are. You get my honest read on the situation: what the tool actually does, what the catch is, whether it fits your case at all.

Sometimes that conversation is enough. If your question turns out to have a straightforward answer, I'll just tell you — there's no pressure to continue.

No commitment. No pitch at the end.
03

We define the scope

If deeper work makes sense, we agree on what that looks like before anything starts. Objectives, format, deliverables, timeline. Everything goes into a written agreement. If you need an NDA, we do that first.

I don't start work on an undefined brief. Vague scope leads to misaligned expectations, and that's a waste of both our time.

Written agreement. NDA available on request.
04

Payment and work

Payment terms are agreed before any work begins. I don't take payment through this site — all financial arrangements happen through the channel we agree on together, after the scope is defined.

Deliverables vary by project: sometimes it's a structured written evaluation, sometimes it's a series of working sessions, sometimes it's a workflow built and handed over. We'll have agreed what you're getting before you pay anything.

No payment through this site. Terms agreed first.

What we can work on

What a consultation can actually cover

The scope depends entirely on what you need. These are the most common types of work — but the conversation shapes it.

A

Platform evaluation

You're considering a specific tool — or already using one and not sure it's the right fit. I look at what it actually does, what it costs in practice, what the risks are, and whether there's a better alternative for your situation.

B

Workflow audit

You want to understand where AI could genuinely save time in your work — and where it would just create new problems. I map the realistic automation potential against your actual workflow, not a generic one.

C

Tool comparison

You've narrowed it down to two or three platforms and need a structured comparison against your specific requirements. I've tested most of the main tools and can give you a direct answer rather than a benchmark table.

D

Ongoing advisory

For people who want a regular outside view as they integrate AI into their work or business. We check in periodically, review what's working, and adjust as the tools and your situation evolve.

Common questions

Things people ask before getting in touch

Do I need to have a specific tool in mind?

No. Some people come with a very specific question about a particular platform. Others just know they want to use AI more effectively in their work but aren't sure where to start. Both are fine starting points.

How long does a consultation typically take?

It depends on the scope. A focused platform evaluation might be a single session plus a written summary. A workflow audit or ongoing advisory engagement is longer. We define this upfront — you'll know before agreeing to anything.

What languages can we work in?

English, French, German or Spanish — your choice. All written deliverables can also be provided in any of these languages.

I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of my clients aren't developers. The questions I help with are about whether a tool is worth using, how to use it well, and what to watch out for — not how to build one.

What if I just need a quick answer?

Then you'll get a quick answer on the first call. If your question doesn't require deeper work, I'll just tell you what I think and that's the end of it. The free call exists precisely for this.

Do you work with companies or only individuals?

Both. Freelancers, small teams, and businesses — the format adapts to the context. For company engagements, a formal agreement and NDA are standard.

Ready to start the conversation?

The first call is free. Write to me with whatever you're working on and we'll take it from there — no commitment, no pitch.
